The "Grinch" is about a grumpy, green creature named the Grinch who lives on a mountain above the cheerful town of Whoville and despises Christmas. To get some peace and quiet, he plots to steal all the decorations, presents, and food from the Whos so he can stop Christmas from coming. His plan is complicated when a kind-hearted little girl named Cindy Lou Who encounters him, and he eventually learns that Christmas is about more than material things.
